Rendering

Target directional Light (Black and white) metal with white lighting.
Layering is particularly effective when there is a notable contrast in the shade or texture of two overlapping objects.

My lighting experiment and texture experiment combine with each other. Here i just want to briefly talk about what is the experiment lighting i have used in these several images. (Spot, direction and Omni) These three different lighting in the 3ds max is very normal. i try to use the omni lighting to create specular highlights on the material.

i have choose my final project with several different test render. (Leather, metal, fabric, glass material) They all have the different lighting condition just like i mention above. For the 'iron man' style i have 3 different material put it on to the sphere. The first one is red fabric, middle sphere is golden. inside the puzzle shape is using glass i guess. (Probably you cannot see it quite clearly, even in my 3d printing model it is also really small) i put the two mirror behind and front model to create the illusion.

For the glass is quite similar with the iron man style, there also have three different color on each part. From the Cambridge blue to purple. And i choose the direct light above the model. The result is quite amazing.

The composition experiments, here is two render images for 3 models. i use background is choose from the cgtexture.com, i used the red cloth wrinkles. And for three models i used the same style (above image). Quite like the HERMES leather. I choose three different color for combination render. (orange, cream-coloured, blue)

The first combination image is try to create so irregular or imbalance style for them.
The second one try to achieve the idea - let the viewers focus on my final model i have choose. But i thought there is still quite few more experiment could be test.
